The Jets Zone with Lon Siegel

Lonny Siegel’s passion for sports radio began in New York where he first began capturing locker room interviews and sound bites for WPIX-FM.  His broadcast career then brought him to Atlanta, Georgia, where he worked as an Associate Producer for SuperStation WTBS-17, where he helped kick off development of a new motor sports weekly television magazine show called MotorWeek Illustrated that ran for several successful seasons.

Through the years, he’s called NCAA National Championship basketball games, and has interviewed hundreds of athletes from across the world of sports from the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NASCAR and most everything in between.  The tradition continues today as the Lead Host/ Producer of Football Reporters Presents: The JETS Zone.  Lon is joined on the weekly broadcast of The JETS Zone with Football Reporters Online correspondents, Justin Baldinger and David Levy.

Plans for a new show offering in 2013 with WTSM DB-The Sports Menu Radio includes the return of Zone Radio/TV Live; a sports news and entertainment variety show that had a successful 10 program episode run in 2010 as a featured offering on ustream.tv.
